Wire Clip Adapted Heat Sinks
- The following heat sinks feature fin patterns that enable the use of clips in both horizontal and vertical directions for mounting.
- Clip (Z-clip / QSZ clip) & anchor (Z-clip anchor / QSZ anchor) combinations can be chosen to suit particular PCB thickness and chip size.
UBZ Series
- 0.55mm elliptical fins
- Low pressure drop and low thermal resistance
- Suitable for low profile passive cooling
- Fin layout is optimized for using a clip with the heat sinks
