This new specification enhances the versatility and flexibility of your thermal management designs while leveraging our proven high-efficiency architecture.

  We have added 60mm and 70mm square options, offering a comprehensive lineup to fit diverse space requirements and cooling environments.

• ・Streamlined Installation:

  Designed for immediate deployment. Simply apply Phase Change Material (PCM) or thermal grease and secure the unit with standard M2.5 screws. No specialized tooling or complex assembly is required.

• ・Enhanced Heat Sink Compatibility:

  The design allows for seamless integration with existing heat sinks (e.g., standard UB80-30B) through minor modifications, simplifying the optimization of your heat radiation path.

• ・Accelerated Prototyping:

  As an off-the-shelf standard product, the H series is available for immediate shipment. This allows engineering teams to perform thermal evaluations and performance validations during the earliest stages of development.
