Alpha has expanded its wide range of off-the-shelf products to meet customer requirements.
We have added a UBZ and ZZ series to our standard catalog to support increasing requests for heat sinks mounted with Z-Clip and QSZ-Clip.
Many standard UB and Z series heat sinks cannot be attached with clips. This is either due to fin pitch, fin count, or an incompatible clip orientation and fin pattern. The UBZ and ZZ series heat sinks have been designed specifically for clips in both vertical and horizontal directions.
